Priority, overnight and 2-day shipping deadline to submit forms and packages is 11:00 a.m. sharp - We need these requests in before lunchtime to ensure that we can generate the label and get your packages picked up on time. Your package must be received in Physics 3047 before 12:00 p.m. on the requested shipping date.
Ground shipments must request one day in advance and must be in Physics 3047 before 8:00 a.m. on the requested shipping date.
Dry Ice shipping requests will be sent to central receiving to produce a label and you must drop off at central receiving for processing.

UCR has adopted UC wide Policy on International Shipments:
ALL international shipments now require submitting a request to ship form to Campus Export Control Officer, Roberto Galvan Ramos Jr.
Please follow the procedures for shipping international packages on International Shipping
UCR Export Control will review the form within two business days and provide classification information if needed.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of policy change please plan an extra two days to allow for this approval.
Please visit FEDEX to track shipments and view locations if you need to drop off at a FedEx location instead of Physics 3047.
